Meet Blue Belle Our New To Us 2018 Jeep Wrangler

Hello everyone! I would like to introduce you to Blue Belle. She's our 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. We found her sitting at a dealership in Racine Wisconsin and although she's a 2018 model she only has 14000 miles on her. Her original sell date was in May of 2019 so she's basically brand new. I had been wanting to get a Jeep Rubicon but all the ones I was interested in were in the 55000 to 60000 dollar range. Blue belle was a steal at $35000. She's Jeeps version of a base model as she has manual doors and locks. She's powered by the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine which gives he plenty of power without giving up miles per gallon. She's suppose to get an average of 24 miles per gallon.

Because she's a base version it gives us the opportunity to modify her the way we need her to be for our future travels. I believe she's going to make one sweet flat tow vehicle. We may even look into a rooftop tent to use her for short excursions away from the RV sometimes. Our very first modification was just yesterday when I put on a set of Hooke Road nerf bar side steps. I'm posting a video right now as I write this post of the unboxing, installation, and product review. These bars are super heavy duty and can support a lot of weight as well as protect our girl from rock damage. I know one thing they sure make getting in and out a lot easier.
